The Duncans get separated en route to visit Amy's parents for Christmas. From hitchhiking and alien abductions to paintball and video games, the family will need a Christmas miracle to reunite in Palm Springs in time for the holiday. Along the way, they'll learn that quick thinking and kind gestures will pave the way to their Christmas celebration.
Good Luck Charlie, It's Christmas!
It's a holiday season the Duncans won't soon forget. The adventure begins when the Duncans, who are en route to Palm Springs to celebrate the holidays with Amy's parents, are separated after Teddy (Bridgit Mendler) makes a snap decision to give up her seat on the flight in return for a free ticket. Unwilling to stand by and let her daughter travel alone, Amy (Leigh-Allyn Baker) also disembarks...only to discover the next flight to Palm Springs departs after Christmas. Meanwhile, the rest of the family arrives in Palm Springs, but things there aren't any easier: Bob (Eric Allan Kramer) tries to care for Charlie (Mia Talerico) under the watchful eye of Amy's mom Petunia (Debra Monk); PJ (Jason Dolley) learns the pros and cons of his grandparents' pool; and Gabe (Bradley Steven Perry) quickly realizes the down side of of teaching Grandpa Hank (Michael Kagan) how to play his video game.
