An intimate portrait of Argentine folk singer Mercedes Sosa. Hosted by Argentine singer-songwriter Abel Pintos, this special explores Sosa’s revolutionary career and her lasting legacy on Latin American folk music, as told through interviews with the musicians and intellectuals who followed her career the start. Also providing commentary are members of Sosa’s family, as well as artists Fito Páez and David Lebón — bringing to the present Sosa’s forward-thinking views on subjects such as politics, love, music and life.
