Benjamín Sheinberg, a doctor from the Hospital de Clínicas, in Buenos Aires, works in an emergency caused by a bomb that went off in AMIA. Shaken by this event, he decides to go to Israel. There, through the hands of Rubén, he "travels" through time, gets to know the story of Jacob and sees himself reflected in the biblical characters. Two men separated by 4.000 years but united in the same cause.
On July 18th, 1994, the young Benjamín Sheinberg starts his first day as a resident doctor at the Hospital de Clínicas, in Buenos Aires. At the same time, a bomb goes off in AMIA and causes the death of 85 people. Sheinberg is shaken by the situation and decides to go to Israel. There, through the hands of Rubén, an old friend of his grandfather, he "travels" through time, to the old story of Israel, and sees himself reflected in the biblical story of the patriarch Jacob. But what is the connection between these two characters? La Noche que Luché Contra Dios is a story based in facts that tells the experiences of Benjamín and Jacob, two men separated by almost 4.000 years, but united in the common cause that is the search for memory, truth and justice.
