Cade Yeager, along with his daughter and her boyfriend, a street racer, must try to protect the Earth. Optimus Prime is missing, searching along the edge of the universe for his creator, Unicron. However, Unicron creates a plot to destroy Earth, and Optimus must lead the Autobots in their efforts to stop him.
