Dangerous Bonds

After Cookie finds a gift on her doorstep, she believes someone from her criminal past has come back to haunt her. Back at the Empire offices, Lucious asks Anika’s father, Dr. Calhoun, to sign a document to help secure Empire’s financial future. Later, Jamal confronts Hakeem, and the brothers come to blows. That evening, Cookie learns that she was mistaken about who left the gift on her doorstep — and that the blood of an innocent man is potentially on her hands.
