She will also reflect on the importance of music in her life. For her, artistic creation is similar to cooking: results are a lot better when you put your heart into it. The chef teaches her how to prepare carnitas, one of her favorite dishes, which connects her to the flavors of her homeland, Mexico. Sofia receives Daniela and Eugenia, her friend and the choreographer of several of her music video. She also discovers that, although she loves dessert, she has never made one!
