Stallone is a rotten gangster whose mother is a heavy gambler. Coincidentally, the two get acquainted with an experienced cop nicknamed Y2K in an underground deal. The police use Stallone to bait a serial killer by announcing to the media that Stallone is a witness which leaves him no choice but to move in with Y2K.
