Chang Mung Gat is a renowned lawyer who uses tricks to nail down judges and opposing counsels in court. He is almost unbeatable, but his only flaw is his assistant, Ho Foon, who is a dumb wit and always fools around. During a trip to Hong Kong, Ho foon is framed for murder. Chan Mung Gat comes to his rescue immediately. The problem is that Chan needs to defend Ho Foon in a British court, but he is totally ignorant of British Law, not to mention the language. When East meets West, anything could happen.
