Emperor Zhengde of the Ming Dynasty secretly escapes from the palace to avoid an arranged marriage. He loses his memory by accident and meets Ms Li who takes care of him. Prince Ningxia takes this opportunity to rebel but eventually gets arrested. Ms Li refuses to get married to Emperor Zhengde as she feels like he played with her feelings.

Emperor Zhengde of the Ming Dynasty is young and playful. He secretly escapes from the palace to avoid an arranged marriage. During his escape, he loses his memory by accident and meets Ms Li who takes care of him. Prince Ningxia takes this opportunity to rebel and catches Emperor Zhengde to execute him immediately. At this critical time, three entourages come to rescue Emperor Zhengde and Prince Ningxia gets arrested. It turns out that Emperor Zhengde did not lose his memory, and plans to expose Prince Ningxia's nefarious scheme using his escape from the palace. Upon finding out the truth, Ms Li refuses to get married to Emperor Zhengde as she feels like he played with her feelings.
