A South Korean intelligence agent "Black Venus" attempts to infiltrate North Korea to acquire information on the North's nuclear program. He is sent to Beijing under the disguise of a businessman to transact with North Korea. As he succeeds in gaining the trust of North Korean leader Kim Jong Il, he has no idea he has become a central figure embroiled in the power struggle of the two leaders.
