In Shirma’s Soul Food, the new 24Kitchen chef, Shirma Rouse, dives into the kitchen to introduce you to Caribbean cuisine. She teaches you how to make curry chicken, pastechi and Johnny cakes, while sharing her personal favorites, such as burgers, chicken wings and hotdogs. In short, there will be something for everyone.
