At a busy downtown café, a woman zones out during a business meeting. A rogue seagull crashes into the window. The customers notice but turn away soon after. The woman is unable to ignore it because she sees the seagull is still alive but suffering greatly. She heads outside to put the bird down. Some children watch and yell at her for trying to kill the seagull. She eventually twists the bird's neck, and the children return to their games. She buries the bird in a nearby flower bed while her colleagues and the customers stare.
