In this spin-off to the Brazilian comedy “Overwhelming Women,” Laura returns to Brazil with her daughter Bebel, who is planning to meet J-crush, a YouTuber she’s been chatting/flirting online with and to whom she lied about being an actress in Hollywood. But as Bebel’s charade begins to unravel, she turns to her lie-averse friend Lu, and Laura, to win J-crush’s heart and come clean in the process.

In this spin-off to the Brazilian comedy "Overwhelming Women," Laura travels to Brazil with her teenage daughter Bebel, who has been chatting online for months with J-crush, a famous YouTuber and environment activist she’s in love with and whom she told she was an important actress in Los Angeles. When Bebel’s charade starts to unravel and she sees her chances with J-crush slipping away, she seeks the help of her incessantly honest friend Lu, who isn’t exactly on board with Bebel’s lies. The attempt to win the YouTuber’s heart and come clean in the process will bring the friends to a crossroad and lead Laura and Bebel to discover that they have more in common than they ever have imagined.
