Gorongosa: Paradise Reborn

Gorongosa National Park was known as Africa’s Eden, but 15 years of war almost completely wiped out the animals for meat or money. Now, it’s the scene of the greatest wildlife restoration effort in history. This is Gorongosa’s story, told through the journey of a feisty female elephant, Mwana Nzo. Scarred by war, she and her family are slowly adapting to peace in a Park now bursting with life.
