With the help of a female reporter, Carmen, Many Liu retrieves the money in Turkey. On his journey, he also gets to know a mysterious woman, Yong. As Many Liu seems to have it all, he’s been facing assassination attempts. Everything is somehow connected to the anthrax bacteria lost in the US.
