Ha Chae-yoon is a police negotiator. When her captain and several other Korean nationals are abducted by a highly intelligent criminal mastermind, Min Tae-gum, she is summoned for the negotiation. Ha Chae-yoon (Son Ye-jin) is a crisis negotiator for the Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency. When the captain of the police negotiators and several other Korean nationals are abducted by a highly intelligent criminal mastermind, Min Tae-gum (Hyun Bin), she is summoned for the negotiation. The two soon have a face-off against each other with the time running out quickly. As they go through a series of skirmishes trying to outsmart the other during the negotiation, disaster seems to be breaking out at every twist.
