Liu Kit, the favorite in the contest for China’s top chef, suddenly withdraws and vanishes without a trace. Lung Kwun Bo hence wins and gets the title but he is.

Chiu Kong Sun is a gangster. As he plans to emigrate to Canada with his girlfriend, he decides to whitewash his background. To meet the immigration qualifications, he participates in a cooking contest. Unfortunately, he fails to win. Overhearing his wish, Lung Kwun Bo refers him to train under Chef Au Siu Fung. It turns out that Lung Kwun Bo and Au Siu Fung are long-term rivals. Because of that, Chiu Kong Sun goes through more hardships than he deserves, but it somehow strengthens his will to become a chef. Admiring Chiu Kong Sun’s perseverant character, Au Siu Fung’s daughter, Au Ka Wai, starts to fall for him…
