Detective Yang Chun-dong's (Kim Kang-woo) precinct witnesses a kidnapping and murder of a young girl. Yang has a déjà vu moment at the crime scene, when he feels that a graffiti mural he happened to see a few days ago, was eerily similar to the crime scene. A search for the graffiti artist ensues, leading to Jun (Kim Beom), who could hold a crucial key to the case. Yang discovers that Jun had the ability to see memories encapsulated in an object or a person; a special psychic ability possessed by Jun, by simply touching them. Living in solitary, due to him being called a freak thanks to his ability, he depicts his visions as he sees it using graffiti. Seeing this as a positive outcome, Yang takes the help of Jun and his special power to help track down the murderer.
