With a bullet in his head, IDC agent Jon goes to Southeast Asia to fulfill his mother’s wish. There, he meets Dr Rachel Kan and his long-lost brother Wan Yang. Together, they must rescue Rachel and Wan Yang’s daughter, Changsheng from the kidnappers.

IDC Agent Jon sustains grave injuries on a mission that also kills his colleague and fiancée Ice. Although Jon survives, he has a bullet stuck in his head that is inoperable. He decides to spend his final days with his mother, and she tells him a long-held secret. To fulfill her wishes, Jon goes to Southeast Asia. He befriends medical specialist Dr Rachel Kan. When she is forced to participate in the schemes of a criminal organization, Jon attempts to rescue her and becomes the target of the organization that includes his estranged brother, Wan Yang. When the organization betrays Wan Yang and kidnaps his daughter, Wan Changsheng, the two brothers join forces to rescue Rachel and Changsheng.
