The King of the Machos

Eighteen-year-old Charly is ready to reveal his new identity as a transgender young man. However, he must confront the prejudice of the macho villagers of his town and, even worse, the prejudice of his own family and loved ones. He only has his friend Antonia to rely on, as she encourages him to embrace who he truly is and becomes his ally during this adventure. To earn the respect of the people, Charly makes an extreme decision when he decides to take part in the most macho traditional contest in his village, an event called "The King of the Machos," which celebrates and tests their manhood through games and physical challenges that supposedly measures the individuals' degree of masculinity.
