Ostwind - Aufbruch nach Ora

MIKA still hasn’t found what she’s looking for in life. She decides to leave Kaltenbach stables and take her stallion Ostwind to Andalusia in southern Spain. Her destination is the legendary Ora, which features in her dreams and is where Ostwind is originally from: a place where horses can truly be free, wild and happy. On a lonely hacienda in the middle of nowhere, Mika meets the self-confident Sam. She helps her father Pedro to keep the horse farm running – after a fashion. Pedro has been in a longstanding and bitter dispute with his sister Tara, who doesn't agree that horses should be fenced in and kept in boxes. She prefers them to enjoy the same freedom that she does. Mika is impressed by Tara, who seems to understand horses even better than her. When the city threatens to bulldoze the unspoiled nature and with it the most important source of water in the wild horses' habitat, Mika comes up with a brilliant idea. She wants to revive an ancient wild horse race to save the legendary oasis of Ora. Time is running out, but for Mika and Ostwind the biggest challenge still lies ahead...
