Leonardo, a prestigious designer, is perturbed when his neighbor, Víctor, a rude and aggressive man, decides to build a window in the party wall of his house. This causes a conflict that seems to have no solution.
Leonardo, an important industrial designer, lives in the only house built by the great architect Le Corbusier in America, located in the city La Plaza, in Buenos Aires, Argentina. The routine and peacefulness of his home are affected by the start of construction on a neighboring house. A neighbor, Víctor, intends to build an illegal window overlooking his home.The incident begins to consume all of Leonardo's time and interest, diverting him from his work and family routine. The consequences of his obsession affect his work, his family and his personality. Facing the pressure of his wife and Víctor's unfulfilled promises of ending the renovation, Leonardo starts crumbling. Until a fortuitous event brings him a controversial solution to the problem.
